8. Loose skin is always a outcome when shedding those pounds too fast. This could lead you to having surgery to fix this problem. A tummy tuck is well know procedure.

9. Another side effect can be increasing the risk of gallstones.

10. After a huge decrease in waist size, this can quickly turn to increase in waist size! You will have to change you mental approach to food and keep to a healthy lifestyle, or the pounds will go straight back on.
