One of the first words that turns up in a person’s mind when they need to burn some fat or lose some weight is the word diet; a word I’m not especially fond of. I dislike this word because along with it, people have this preconceived belief that it is something with a set beginning date and a set completion date. I hate to be the one that messes up the party but if you genuinely want to reach enduring and sustainable health and fitness success, you need to begin thinking about the lifestyle modifications you are going to make for the long haul.

Think about this for a short instant; are you going to discontinue going to the gym because the same routine you have memorized is getting tedious and boring for you or do you believe it makes more sense to understand the science and technicalities behind what you are doing so that not only can you effortlessly execute variety into your routine, you can also keep it going long-term?
