Weight loss is becoming an urgent concern because most people are gaining weight. Indeed, statistics show that there is a prolonged upsurge in the percentage of overweight and obese people. As a result, there are also more reported cases of death and severe health conditions which were the aftermath of becoming obese.  As we all know, obesity is a case where the body mass index or BMI of an individual exceeds to 30. We may see how and why obese people are leading sedentary lifestyles because their bodies are quite heavy and they find it hard to move freely. However, lack of physical exercise is also bound to aggravate their condition. For obese people who want to lose weight efficiently, the perfect option is to use a diet additive that would effectively burn fat while raising their energy levels.

In retrospect, one of the tried and tested, fool-proof weight loss and dieting concept that we know today is the idea that eating less foods would result in weight loss. For the longest time, this concept has been acclaimed as a surefire way to lose weight. True enough; weight gain is often the result of overeating so in opposition to that, weight loss can thus be achieved by cutting down on the consumption of foods as well as by eliminating excess body fat.

Yellow Subs Extreme is a thermogenic supplement composed to give dieters extra support. It claims to aid dieters in reaching their weight and fat loss goals by increasing fat metabolism, preserving lean muscle tissue, and supporting lipid transport. While this product is helpful in many ways it also contains a very long warning list against the use of this product. This is usually the case when we see the word “Extreme” used in the product name. We guess extreme means – over the top, and not in a good way.

Yellow Subs Extreme has a complex combination of elements, but most of them are fairly common in weight loss products.  Its main ingredient is Green Tea. Green Tea is also a strong antioxidant, but the purpose for this element ingredient is clearly stated. As a stimulant, Green Tea’s Caffeine helps stimulate the thermogenic processes in the body. However, it should be noted that Green Tea can be dangerous, causing heart and circulatory concerns, insomnia, nausea and nervousness. These effects are magnified when combined with another stimulant.

At this point, we believe that it is quite a common fact that Green Tea is a hazardous element and as such, we are wondering why the manufacturers of Yellow Subs Extreme still keeps on using this weight loss ingredient to beef up their formulation. Obviously, the inclusion of Green Tea in the formulation of weight loss products is not a good move. It can only hamper the health, wellness and vitality of the dieter. Instead of using Green Tea, we prefer the inclusion of Hoodia Gordonii as an appetite suppressant and Advantra-Z as a fat burner to make a weight loss formula potent in providing dieters with maximum weight loss.
